In a continuing effort to improve our services we are offering an online Support Service Request. Simply click on the agreement button below and fill out the subsequent Client Services Request page with the support request details. Your support request will be validated, and then confirmed with an email, fax and/or phone call by one of our Support Service Center representative, who will then assign your support request to your Technical Account Manager or the first available engineer. Client Services to be rendered outside normal business hours can be arranged during our normal business hours. Please review your contract for after hour rates. Please note that response time will not be guaranteed outside of contractual coverage hours. Response time is measured from the time a service request is received by our Client Services Centre, until the time a SiRON Client Services representative contacts you, either in person or via the telephone. Except in the case of fraud or gross or willful negligence by SIRON or any of its Client Services personnel or agents, SiRON expressly excludes liability for consequential loss or damage which may arise in the provision by SiRON of services or for any loss of profit, business revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
