We are seeking innovative, enthusiastic and experienced account managers to maintain our existing client relationships and develop new relationships.

The Role

• Working within the medical team, you will be the main point of contact for medical client accounts.
• Manage and develop existing key accounts.
• Develop new accounts and sales leads.
• Understand client’s requirements and prepare written proposals.
• Ensure client’s requirements and expectations are managed and met.
• Meet revenue based targets.
• Liaise with project management team on proposals and projects.
• Provide first line customer account support.
• Manage and ensure client satisfaction and generate ongoing revenue.
• Generate ideas and suggestions, write proposals, refine the scope of work and budget, negotiate price, and draw up contracts.
• Ensure the continuing growth of the account by meeting regularly with key contacts and expanding the network of contacts within the account.
• Identify and package new capabilities and services (or to refine and package existing capabilities) that can be pitched to clients.

Experience & Essential Skills

• 5+ Years of proven account management with sales experience.
• Medical Sales and Software Sales Experience required.
• Experience of delivering projects to deadlines and high standards.
• Team-oriented leadership and management skills, professional attitude with both co-workers and clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of a broad spectrum of Internet, Networking and Wireless technology components and solutions.
• Client facing experience – telephone, meetings and presentations.
• Experience of proposal writing.



We are seeking highly qualified and experienced professionals capable of identifying and delivering networking solutions that meet the strategic business needs of our clients. As a member of our rapidly expanding professional services team you will be involved in all aspects of a project, including pre-sales needs analysis, systems design, proposal preparation and presentation, project scheduling, and systems implementation with a focus on LAN/WAN, Security and IP Telephony solutions.

We are looking for individuals who have the following experience and skill set:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in an Intermediate/Senior Technical role.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP and IP Routing Protocols.
• In depth knowledge of communications system planning, design, and implementation methodologies.
• Requires excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proactive approach to organization and problem solving.
• Experience in implementing, and configuring Firewalls and VPN's.
• Experience in implementing, and configuring 802.11x Wireless Networks.
• Experience in implementing, and configuring Windows servers and operating systems.

Certifications:

• Prerequisite certifications: MCSE, MCSA, MCP, CNA, CNE, Security +, A+,
• One or more of the following certifications is desirable: CCNA, CCNP, CCDP or CCSE
